Information We Collect

We may collect your name, lead booker or booking name, email address, phone number, booking details, enquiry messages, waiver confirmations from hirers and adult party members, typed or drawn signature, IP address, browser or device information, and the date and time information is submitted.

Why We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, provide private pool hire, record safety waiver acceptance, contact you about your session, keep business records, and deal with safety, insurance, legal or dispute matters where needed.

Waivers

Before booking, hirers and party members aged 18 or over may be asked to complete a safety waiver. We keep a record of each waiver so we can confirm that the safety rules and booking responsibilities were accepted for that session.

Booking System

Bookings are completed through Acuity Scheduling. When you use the booking calendar, Acuity may process booking and payment-related information to provide the booking service.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to help run the website and booking process, including Google services for waiver record storage and Acuity Scheduling for bookings. We only share information where needed to provide the service, manage records, meet legal requirements, or handle safety, insurance or dispute matters.

How Long We Keep Information

We normally keep booking and waiver records for up to 6 years from the booking or waiver date. We may keep relevant records for longer if needed for an incident, complaint, insurance matter, legal claim or other legal requirement. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

Cookies

The website uses essential session cookies to remember progress through the waiver and booking flow. These cookies are needed for the service you request. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or analytics.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used, subject to legal and business record requirements. To make a request, contact [email protected].
